Attention
2006 - 2007 Seventh Graders:
Vacination Requirements
New
Seventh Grade Entry Rule for 2006-2007. Beginning with the 2006-2007
school year, a student entering the 7th grade must have proof of receiving
the following immunizations:
- 3 Hepatitis
B 1
- Tetanus/Diptheria
(Td) booster
- 1 Varicella
(Chicken Pox) - proof of previous history is acceptable
This
is in addition to other immunizations which should have already been
completed (I.e. MMR, Polio).
Pertussis
is not required. However, new adsoescent Td/Pertussis (Tdap) vaccines
can be given to satisfy the Td requirement.
